Arrive in Johannesburg and transfer to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure exploring the city and its diverse and vibrant neighborhoods. Tuck into the vibrant food scene and pop-up eateries.
The city is a real cultural hub and a great place to catch live music performances, so be sure to soak up the atmosphere. Overnight stay in Johannesburg.
June 15
Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer by road to Mpumalanga. Get ready to experience Kruger, home to some of the most iconic wildlife in South Africa!
Fall in love with the stunning landscapes as you drive along the iconic Panorama Route, headed for one of the world's largest and most incredible nature reserves. Arrive and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Dinner and overnight stay near Kruger National Park.

Get ready for an excitement-filled day, as you enjoy a full-day 4x4 Game Drive at Kruger National Park.
Enjoy breakfast on the go as you begin the day early on a sunrise safari (5:30 am)! Head to the southern area of South Africa's most famous game reserve, the iconic Southern Circle, renowned for observing lions and rhinos. Around midday, stop for lunch (not included) at a designated vehicle rest stop that has a restaurant.
In the afternoon, discover the amazing diversity of animals in one of the world’s largest reserves, on a game drive through Kruger National Park. End your day with a well-deserved dinner and rest. Overnight stay near Kruger National Park.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, enjoy the hop on hop off bus ticket in Cape Town. It’s the best way to see the city independently, as you decide when to hop on and when to hop off the bus! With over 30 possible stops, pick your favourite attractions and move about the city at your own pace.
In the afternoon, take the Cableway and go up to Table Mountain to behold one of Africa’s most breathtaking views. Enjoy incredible sights across the city, coastline, and surrounding landscapes. Overnight stay in Cape Town.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, the day is yours to continue discovering the city independently. Why not head to one of the many museums, explore Cape Point or Kirstenbosch, South Africa’s flagship botanical garden.

Morning game drives in open vehicles will be cold, so pack warm clothing. The average morning temperature is 11°C/52°F. Afternoons will be pleasant with temperatures around 25°C/77°F and cloudless skies.
What is the required deposit?
$250 (per person) deposit will confirm your land-only reservation. Once you are ready to add flights, you will be required to pay in full for your airfare. You are free to book your own airfare, as long as you arrive/depart on the expected dates.
Do I require a passport?
It is essential for U.S. citizens to possess a full passport book, valid for at least six months beyond the date of your return air ticket with two consecutive empty visa pages (not including endorsement pages). How can I pay for my booking?
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars by debit or credit card (NO cash or checks). A payment authorization form will be sent by email to securely collect all payments online.
How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible in writing at Amber@HayesTravelGroup.com. Please note you will be liable to pay the cancellation charges detailed in the Booking Terms & Conditions. If you purchased insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim for any non-refundable charges.
How do I make a booking?

How do I make a change to my booking?
If you wish to amend your booking, simply send an email to Amber@HayesTravelGroup.com. I must have all requested changes in writing (email). Feel free to call to discuss your situation, but ultimately I will need any changes requested by email to document your decision.
What documentation will I receive after making my booking?
You will receive an email following confirmation of your payment. Along with your confirmation, you will receive an invoice showing your remaining balance due (if any). You will also receive your final travel documents 7-10 days prior to departure by email or USPS.
What is my baggage allowance?
In general, airlines will have a weight and size limit for baggage. Please check with your airline carrier for baggage requirements and restrictions while flying.
What should I do if I don’t receive my travel documents?
Your travel documents should arrive 7-10 days prior to departure. If you haven’t received your documents five (5) days before you are due to travel, please call (205) 378-9559.
Will I require a Visa?
U.S. citizens with a U.S. passport do not require a tourist visa if visiting for less than 90 days. Please check carefully if you need a visa to travel to South Africa as we cannot accept responsibility for the cancellation due to the non-granting of a visa.
